Welcome to our Website! Let us tell you a little bit about our company and our people. 

BOJ of WNC, LLC is a franchise of Bojangles.  We own and operate 22 locations in the Western part of North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.  We have been in operation since January 2001. 

Jeff Rigsby is the Co-founder and President of BOJ of WNC LLC. He has 30 plus years of restaurant experience at various levels of operations. Jeff has held positions ranging from crew person to his current position of President. He owns 22 stores and has been with the company since the beginning.

BOJ of WNC has a great support team for our restaurants. We have three area directors, Patrick Sheline, Jeffrey Rigsby and Scott Sandridge that help in the Day-to-Day operations of our locations.

Johnny Caldwell is Director of Operations for BOJ of WNC.  He has been employed with Bojangles for 19 years at all levels of management. Johnny began his career at Bojangles as a Co manager and went through the ranks.  He was also employed at GSP Food Services where he operated the Restaurant, lounge and catering of the airlines as Catering Manager for 6 years at The Greenville Spartanburg Airport.

Lindsay Hanson is the Director of Human Resources and a graduate of Western Carolina University.  At WCU Lindsay obtained a BS degree in Communications with a concentration in marketing. She has been instrumental in organizing and participating in all local events and catering functions.  Lindsay’s background is Human Resources Management in the hospitality industry, which she continues to oversee at Bojangles. Lindsay has been with BOJ of WNC since July 2004.

Debbie Peterson is our IT Coordinator and Computer Support person. She started with BOJ of WNC, LLC in January 2004. She is responsible for supporting our software packages and coordinating installation of hardware and software in our restaurants. She has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming and a background in Accounting, Software Installation and Support, and in Materials Management.

John Rush is our Controller, handling the Day-to-Day financials for our company. He has over 29 years of finance and accounting experience at various levels with his most recent experience being Plant Controller for IWG High Performance Conductors, Inc. in Inman, SC. John has been with BOJ of WNC, LLC since April 1, 2008. His restaurant experience comes from serving as V.P. of Finance for Damon’s Inc. from 1992 – 1996 in Hilton Head Island, SC.

Scott Sandridge is an Area Director for BOJ of WNC.  He has a BS degree in Human Resource Management.  Scott has been with Bojangles about 16 years total with several different franchise teams and with BOJ of WNC for 8 years.  Scott has moved up in the company; he started behind the fryer and worked his way up to our Area Director.

Patrick Sheline is an Area Director and has worked at corporate Bojangle's from 1998 to 2007. He came to work with us May of 2008 as a Unit Director. Patrick won 1st place in the annual Showbo for 2010. He moved up as Area Director as of May of 2010 and runs 6 stores all in South Carolina.

Our Unit Directors, managers and staff are the backbone of this operation.  They are an amazing team and we are very proud of each of our teams at our 22 locations. 

We feel as a company that it is important for our franchise to be involved in the communities in which our stores are located.  We are dedicated to these communities.  We welcome your ideas, suggestions and comments about the operations of BOJ of WNC, LLC.   We strive to give superior customer service and operations in all of our area stores.
